**Description**

WDS is looking for a qualified Warehouse Quality Control Associate for our warehouse located in Virginia Beach, VA!

The QC Associate is responsible for insuring inventory is matched correctly in both WDS WMS system and the Nestle SAP system. Ensures inventory variances are identified, researched, and corrected. This individual will also assist with training of new hires to ensure high quality standards are maintained.

**Your typical day looks like:**

* Reconciling WMS and SAP inventory variances

* Cycle counting sku/lot # at the slot level and adjusts inventory accordingly

* Compiling with required cycle count frequency and reporting

* Assisting in root cause analysis of discrepancies

* Analyzing and reporting on trends contributing to inventory inaccuracy

* Providing feedback to Associates and Leaders

* Must be flexible with schedule to accommodate multiple shifts

**The ideal candidate will possess:**

* Experience in Warehouse Management Systems a must.

* Experience in cycle counting and reconciling variances a must.

* Excellent basic math skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and slotting.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.

* Proficiency in excel and MS word.

* Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

* High level of responsibility and ownership.

* FL certification preferred

* APICS certification preferred

* Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
