Anywhere Seeking Warehouse Associates with Forklift experience in Aurora, IL.
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Sunday – Thursday
Base Pay: $18.00 per hour + $2.00- 3rd Shift Differential
Requirements:
Must have 6 months of stand-up forklift experience
Safety shoes required for temporary employees on day 1
Responsibilities: As a Forklift Operator on the 3rd shift, you will be responsible for driving a Stand-up Forklift (similar to Raymond or Crown), operating a Cherry Picker, Turret, Hand Jack, and other equipment as needed to support the efficient operation of the department. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Transporting, storing, retrieving, identifying, sorting, stacking, auditing, and locating parts and supplies
Accurately and efficiently putting away or picking material
Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Participation in team/safety meetings
Maintaining facility cleanliness and integrity through the 5S methodology
Completing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to operate computers and scanners
Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
Capable of multitasking and adjusting to sudden changes in operational goals/demands
Detail-oriented with 1-2 years of warehouse experience
Working knowledge of SAP
Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out simple instructions from oral or written communications
Physical Requirements:
Stand up for 8+ hours
Bending, pushing, and lifting over 30 pounds
Ability to work in both cold and hot environments
