Job Description Job Description Main Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and control a schedule for the departments’ workload, reviewing and adjusting the plan as required
Determine the human and material resources required and manage resources to meet targets
Make decisions about equipment use, MHE trainings, maintenance, modification and procurement
Ensure implementation and adherence to Health and Safety procedures
Set and monitor quality standards
Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
Analyze goods in processes and quality control to detect and correct problems
Determine and implement improvements to the replenishment processes
Prepare and maintain reports relevant to the department
Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace
Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role
Pursue personal development
Development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role
Who are we looking for?
Knowledge of quality systems and standards
Knowledge and experience in goods in and replenishment processes and techniques
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
Knowledge of process improvement techniques
Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles
Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
Knowledge of machinery and tools
Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office
Trainings for biggest machinery VNA, Combi, FLT up to 7T
10 years warehouse experience
Minimum of 1 year’s management or supervisory manufacturing experience
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Planning and organizational skills
Co-ordination and control
Excellent time management
